yeah, just finished the quest. thanks.
but you know what?? the skull is not the reward anymore..........dang it.

Didn't borvo give you a skull that you were supposed to take to some other guy on Tat and then he gives you the gun?
A lot of people just kept the skull and said to heck with the rest of the quest. If skulls aren't being distributed any more the price just went WAY up on them.

Reverse that, you bring the rifle to the Darklight? Estate near Anchorhead on Tatooine. You do a few mroe small quests till you can show the gun to the guy and he gives you the polished Krayt skull.

you have to take the Tusken King's Rifle to Huff Darklighter on Tatooine near Anchorhead. Just drag and drop it on him and you'll be given a few short easy missions. after that you get the skull.

Just to confirm (not that theres any doubt) I only got around to doing this a couple of weeks ago, and the Krayt Skull is definately the reward 
Go see Huff, then do his chores, some time will then pass, and the skull will be yours!
