Hehe, i've got about 20 helmets in the last few days and plenty of bandoliers but not much of the other stuff. I guess it just varies from player to player.

There's a guy you can talk to in Wayfar on Tatooine and after the third quest or so, he'll give you a robe.
One of the prior quests he has gives you boots as well I believe.

Are they wearable, or are they like the ATST helmet you get from the guy in Mos Taike?

yes, male humans and zabraks can wear the robe and boots from reward in wayfar

anyone still have the non wearable tusken robe. was given out as a museum quest, before the paintings in bestine. just curious. Also, there was a piece of non wearable padded armor chest plate given out as well.

Yes you can wear the quest reward from Wayfar.
Also the Padded armor you could get was Arnthout's Armor a blue padded armor chestplate from the curator in the museum in Bestine.
He does the painting deal now so no more Arnthout 's Armor.

Do Tusken helmets and robes still drop? I've been getting tons of gloves recently, but nothing else.
Also, what races can wear the robes and helmets (aside from humans)? Any chance a Bothan can wear a Tusken helmet?
