I've seen these stats before....but sadly am lost to what they mean?

Its not that i have a lot to choose from in terms of materials...i basically have all high quality resources needed to make 4th gen saber, but am not sure as to does certain combos make a better saber?

Please explain more of how these % work.

i have plenty of culsion (sp) gas (not sure what its needed for though, and wondered what else i need + what stats are important

Would someone be kind enough to list the exact resources necessary for crafting a lightsaber crafting tool and then a lightsaber?

I'm a "limbo Jedi"and apparently have plenty of time to collect the resources, since collecting crystals doesn't take up that much time.
