They were tradeable on test because I gave mine to people who were doing the crafting quests then. And yes, they are for the crafting quests so it would be best to save them until you do the crafting quests.

The quests require around 20 of each resource. If you don't want them, you can sell them on the bazaar.

I believe you are supposed to keep them, because in one of teh acts teh villagers will be rebuilding their defenses/wall and i think they will use those, or perhaps they are for some kind of crafting part of the quests.... just speculation...

hmmm i had figured they were for crafting, but your other theory is a good one! 
anyone know for sure?

Hold onto the stuff. Like stated previously, one of the crafting quests in a later phase requires those items and can't be completed without them.

yeah but i've got like 40 of them and that's not including the ones i destroyed to make room in my inventory! probably 20 of those
they have stats like regular resources but don't have quantities. so the ones i destroyed i made sure were ones with lower stats

I heard the resources are to be used in construction of ships and components in JTL.
Can anyone confirm?

I did an /examine on these last night. The description for the ardanium II ore said that it could be mixed with radioactives to make better fuel for starships. The ostrine ore said it was good for armor plating, , the endrine ore was good for walls and defenses, and the rudic ore was good for sensor suites. I don't remember what the wind crystal energy was for.

You know, this is typical. I just became force sensitive the other day, the day the last phase ended, so I never GOT to do the pirate missions, so I have NO FRIGGEN loot at all to do the crafting missions. What am I supposed to do to get the loot?

sell them on the bazaar, on my server they sell for 5k each.
those doing the crafting quests rely on these resouces
