I understand what u thinking of, but i hope they'll implement it. Most people would abuse this feature.

Think of all those AFK looters. If they implement such an feature there will be much more as there already are.

And if u are grouping, are you just grouping to not beeing outdamaged or what? You want to snipe the good loot from your

group m8s before they snipe u? Think about grouping with friends, i always do (or most times)... we all auto-loot (and destroy the crap

manually) but after a good hunt we are sharing all the stuff, so every1 gets a valuable loot.

Well, thats my opinion.

Not sure how everyone else would like this but I sure would. Have a option in the next patch that you have a check list of all the stuff you do not want to loot off things. For example, of all the game items I check off that I do not want too loot CDEF Rifles, Pistols, Carbines, or "Broken" items. So now when I loot a corpse if it contains A CDEF Pistol and an armor attachment I loot the AA but the CDEF stays on the corpse for maybe a group buddy to loot.

Here's why I want this, I always have a backpack but I usually keep it at 40/50 and my Inventory is usually around half full. Now when I go hunting in like the Geo cave or planet POI'sI tend to loot the corpses but never check what I loot 'till the fight is over which sometimes makes my inventory full before I finish looting all the corpses and I don't usually bother to check to see how full it is and sometimes I miss a good loot b/c of a full inventory. If that checklist were made, probably about half the stuff I would normally loot would stay on the corpse leaving more space for me to loot better stuff.

Is there maybe a possible macro to make to auto-delete these things too? I don't know, any other thoughts on this issue?

Thx

Thok

At least the last time I looted without a macro, if you select "loot" instead of "loot all" from the radial menu, it opens a window that shows the loot you're about to get... Don't know if that's what you're necessarily talking about, but it's an answer.

Not quite what I meant. It's a bit hard to use the "loot" box window while your fighting 1-5 other enemies. So much easier to double-click the corpse and keep fighting. Also, youjust can't loot them all at the end either'cause you know there is that straggler in the group who walks behind everyone and loots everything thats been killed by you already b/c he isn't srtong enough yet to stand out front.

Yeah, but he's wanting the ease of double-click looting, w/o the hassle of getting all the junk. You can't readily stop and "loot" one item at a time in the midst of battle. Far as macos go, no I don't think you could really do one that does that, definitely not with in-game software, but even with a third party program I don't think it'd work in the way you mean. That's kind of the purpose though, you either loot fast and take all the junk, or you do like the above poster said to get what you want, kind of a risk vs reward thing there I guess...sort of.

Yah, I understand what you mean about tryin to pick and choose while you're fighting. I guess for me though, I normally fight alone and don't have to worry about some twerp coming up and takin my loot. /sigh
