Is it possible now to create a second character for the same server. I know you can transfer a character from another server if you pay. Not play two characters at the same time but just have two to play at different times when i get bored with the other. Anybody?

Yes, but you have to get padawan on your first character to be allowed to make a second one. Why? No clue really. SOE in it's infinate widom decided that a second slot and padawan was worth 250+ hours of mind numbing grinding.
