Suppose you get a buff set that will last 3:30, and you want an alarm to go off 10 minutes before your buffs do... you type /alarmAddIn 3 20 Buffs are going.
The command is /alarmAddIn <h> <m> <message>
There's a related command, in case you want to get an alarm to log off at a particular time, say.
That command is /alarmAddAt <hh> <mm> <message> ;where <hh> and <mm> are expressed in 24 hour or military time. For 4:00 pm you'd use 16 00.

one thing about doing this (i found out the hard way) if you do the /alarmaddin early in your buffs, you will lose the buffs before your alarm goes off.
i got a set of buffs that lasted (give or take) 3 hours. set my alarm for 2 hours and 45 minutes. my buffs started disappearing before the alarm went off.
i find that if you do it at about 20-30 minutes left than it's not as bad.
maybe the buff timer or the alarm timers get off, dunno.
