how many peoplerun for office at a time? I need to start doing this, I have 3 characters, I'll just vote for everyone every time and get everything.

Theres 2...Victor and Sean. Victor is the "Military" guy who stops tuskens raids and whatnot. Sean is the "Merchant" guy, when hes in power there some new npc vendor guy in bestine or something. On Bloodfin Victor has won twice in a row, with sean winning the very 1st one. If you vote for someone and he wins you get 1 of 2 items at random. If you vote for him again after he has won you will recieve no reward. you can only get rewards from the same guy every other time he wins...1-3-5-etc. So if you win vote for the other guy and hope he wins and you get his rewards and just go back and forth. I voted all 3 of my chars on Victor and won 1 banner and 2 necklaces, so next election (2weeks) i will vote for Sean and hope to get the Ornate Rug he gives out.

the election runs for a month of voting time then 2 weeks of get your reward time. to get started you have to talk to an npc in a room on the right side of the capitol building as you go into it, the right most room.

ya i have no clue what it is either, it spawns some NPC that you can sell things to...i have no idea but thats what i hear he does.

The banners are the reward that Victor (one of the bestine mayor canditates) gives to his supporters (people who voted for him) when he wins. You can win a Banner or a Necklace...hope you get the banner.

I got my banner from the elections in bestine, vote for the mayer who wants protection for bestine. I can't remember his name, its the guy that runs against Sean Trenwell. (I think his name is Victor?) Anyways if you vote for victor he will give you an award if he wins which is the Imp banner. Hope this helps and good luck!
