1) Once either armor or clothing attachments are attached, is it perminent? (ie., they can never be removed and reused.)

The mods are permanent. Once an AA or CA is placed it cannot be removed. If you add an SEA with the same mod and a higher modificator it will overwrite the existing mod and take another slot on the clothing.

2) My natural mask skill is 100 and I'm currently using two different [+15 Mask / +15 Conceal] items. I realize that the maximum enhancement for any skill is 25. So am I receiving benefits for the full 125 modified skill or do the benefits end once a skill reaches 100? Is the answer consistant for all skills?

Generally skills cap at 125 and the highest mod you can get from Bio clothing and tapes is 25. Even if your character screen shows a higher mod you won't receive the benefits. There are two exception. The one is weapons speed. You ain't able to hit faster than every second, so you cap any weapon with a speed skill of 99. The 2nd is weapon accurancy ... i am not sure if it caps with 125 ... i would always gather as much accurancy as possible.

3) When an item lists two skill enhancements, such as in question 2, how do I know if I'm receiving the benefit of both skills, as one would if it was using two separate skill attachments using 2 of the available slots on a single item, or when only the first or highest skill mod sticks? And in the above case, does the Mask enhancement only work when I'm using my mask skill and the Conceal mod only work when I'm using my Conceal skill? Or are both/either skills effective at all times?

All mods on a clothing or armor will work (expect broken mods like repair / combat medicine use etc.). When you put an SEA into clothing only the highest mod will be added to the clothing.

p.a. Shirt +15 Maskscent; CA +6 Bleed Resist +5 2h Melee Speed

If you add the ca to the shirt, it will display Shirt ( +15 Maskscent +6 Bleed Resist ) after the assembly. You can cancel the bleed resist by putting a higher bleed resist into the shirt first, then the melee speed would stick.

Maskscent mod wouldn't let you automatically mask your send. You need to use the skill to take the effect.

3) If the items quality is reduced, such as with an uninsured item being cloned after death, does it effect the quality of the skill attachment?

Decay wouldn't inflict skill-mods, even if the item reaches 0 condition it'll still work. But maybe the devs will fix it one day, so you cannot putclothingon when it reaches 0.

Can someone confirm the following questions:

1) Once either armor or clothing attachments are attached, is it perminent? (ie., they can never be removed and reused.)

2) My natural mask skill is 100 and I'm currently using two different [+15 Mask / +15 Conceal] items. I realize that the maximum enhancement for any skill is 25. Thanks themorph for the reply.

One final question/clarification, on my shirt which lists +15 Mask Scent AND +15 Conceal, is it likely that both of these mods are active, one at a time of course, depending on whether I use my Mask Scent or Conceal skill? In my stats, both show +15 after my base skill level.

Note: This question is open for anyone to reply.

Thanks,

yes, both the mods are active in the shirt. Multiple mods on clothing or weapons all work, unlike in AA's or CA's where only one of several will work.
