Thread: Skill enhancing Stim loot?!?

In a recent publish we were promised skill enhancing stims that would drop as loot. can anyone say if they are ingame or not? if so, then what drops them?

Thats a village quest reward.. Synthesized Muscle Stimulant. Change the graphic on it from a needle to a stim.

I looted 3 of these on in Mos Eisley on the Lowca server. They werealmost identical mind upgrade stims, though in varying strengths. LikeVasarian Brandy but withoutthe time limit. They were looted off Jabba Leaders.
(edit) My bad...you said "skill-enhancing". I agree, ultra rare, never seen one.
