I am trying to track down a spot that lists all the skill mods (their max effectiveness or some sort of mearsureing method, is def vs knockdown +75 good?), their definitions who can use etc... I have found char builders that list all the mods but do not know exactly what they do...
Like Combat Equilibrium (spelling I know, I am horrible)
Another question is if some stats are stackable like One-handed toughness... does this only work with a one handed weapon equiped.
Thanks for helping the uninformed...

Does something like that exists? this is good info if it does. A list that has attributr maximums as well as the skill mods themselves, which work, which do not and something that explains attachments with more than one mod on it (how they work as far which mod counts).

As for the mod question I know there is a good sticky post in the Tailor forum about attachments and how they "stick"

First of all defence mods cap out at 125, like most other mods.
Defence vs. mods can be stacked between proffesions. And i would consider 70-80 and above good.
Certain mods, like toughness only works with certain weapons equiped. one handed toughness and dodge for instance, only works with a one-handed weapon. While block only works with polearms.
Hope that answered some of your questions.

also block works with Rifleman for some strange reason and is listed in its skill tree
