We know there are problems within the game. You know there are problems within the game. Perhaps what you need to do is re-evaluate the way you communicate with us.

We are all just guessing based on little scraps of information you or someone else spits out like we are "on the inside" and should know what your talking about.

Why don't you do us and yourself a favor and post a known Bug List HERE, not ingame.

We don't need to respond so lock the thread, but YOU need to update it with "hints" or "tidbits" or "plans".

Just a thought from someone who knows what good Customer Relations are.

The don’t ask don’t tell policy on bugs that is really annoying.

It is a playing experience issue because some of these bugs require a lot of time to confirm if they have been fixed. So during the whole time a bug is not acknowledge and sometimes quietly fixed people are wasting a ton of time on things only to find out it’s broken.

This is just another community relations issue that propagates the Player vs. the Dev’s mindset. When you don’t fess up and say
“We’re sorry but this is broken and we’re really busy right now so don’t waste your time on it. We will get it fixed as soon as we can and will notify players that it has been fixed in the patch notes”
people are continually waste time dealing with it.
