If your general ranged speed in +70 and your pistol speed in +25 what is your speed modifier with a pistol? This is just an example of what I have noticed in character builders.
Can anyone explain how this works?

It should be additive, so if you have a pistol equipped, your speed mod would be 70 general ranged + 25 pistol = 95. If you switch weapons to a rifle, you would get 70 general ranged + your rifle speed mod.
Of course, the speed equation has changed, 95 speed mod no longer means a 95% reduction to the base weapon speed. I'm not sure if anyone's figured out the new calculation.

Strangely I was playing around with swapping weapons with different accuracy mods yesterday and as long as i was holding a carbine, the accuracy modifier on it was not reflected on my stats.
I switched from a 0, +8 and +16accuracy carbines but the accuracy on in my stats stayed the same.
If however, I put on my PSG that has +10 or/and my +25 ranged acc chest plate both those individually and collectivelly were reflected in my stats.
