I have total experience and I want the barc speeder. My alt has jtl but not rotw, if I add the total experience thing to his account, will he get the barc speeder or do I need to make a new account/char

You should be able to get the speeder on your alt with the TE. Just hit the Register Expansion button in the launcher when you are logged into your alt and put in the code for the TE there.
