Ok here is a map of the Avatar station
Avatar Map
1: This is the security terminal. Use this when you first get in for a quest to get a guards keycard. After getting the keycard use it again to unlock the doors.
2: Checkpoint lockbox
3:Storage lockboxand a storage box for the collection mission after you blow the place up.
4: A locker for the collection mission.
5: Retraining lockbox. (Is currently stuck in the wall).
6: The Technical Readout Terminal is here.
7: This console overloads the core after you remove the safeguards.
8: The core safeguards are located here on the top and bottom of the core.
9: The master control terminal and the station commanderare here. Kill the commander to get the code and enter it into the terminal.
10: Harwakokok will spawn here with 4 wookie commandos.
11: This terminal overrides the security for the core.
12: The Security lockbox and a footlocker for the collection mission are here. Just after this room is the prison where you can free the wookies to get the lockbox combinations.
13: This room holds the processed wookies for the Dr. Price quest. Use the keypad then kill the guard nearby to get the keycard.
14: This room containes the Medical records for the Dr. Price quest and the warm and cold storage for the collection quest.
15: Medical lockbox.
Not the best guide but should get you around the station.

Good stuff. 
Might consider trying to squeeze the key into the corner of the actual image, so that it can all be printed out in one nice, neat page.

Last night on Eclipse, I led an expadition to the Avatar. We got bugged on the destruction sequence, activating the console forst before removing the safeguards. Which safeguards have to be removed first? Is there a paticular order?

I just quickly added a brief key to the map, for my own
use really but here it is if anyone else wants it

nice map,anyone know where any quest lists are for the avatar station?
