This is annoying me. I just bought the game, installed it, registered it.. and now it says subscribe. So i went through all that process... and I think i payed for one months subscription. But when i exited it..and logged in again.. it said that i still need to subscribe. After several attempts it still isn't working, what could be the problem?

Did you install SWG only or do you also have JTL?

I suggest looking in the Tech Support Forum and/or hitting the Chat Button on the Launchpad and speaking directly with a CSR.

Actually the SUPPORT button will take you everywhere you need to go from the Launchpad....
