/bug is the command to report a bug. There will be no CSR response from a /bug submitted.


To submit a CSR ticket, press ctrl-H to open the Holocron, do the required search through the Knowledge Base to make sure your issue isn't answered already, then select the option at the bottom of the search to submit a CSR ticket. The option should be something like "This did not address my issue,just letsubmit a CSR ticket."

Once upon a time in a galaxy far far away ... before the DEVs let items bought from a vendor immidiatly transfered to your inventory they were transfered to a tab in the vendor, which was called 'available items' or so...


The tab still exists and if your inventory is full when you buy something from a vendor the items will usually appear there. That's why you receive a mail when you buy something from a vendor. To check if the item is left on the vendor you can visit any public bazaar and hit the 'available items' tab. Make sure you are searching 'Galaxy wide'.

I got 14 slot left in my inventory before buy this item and i have check the avalaible items too (in case of ..)

I have log / relog 3 times, check all my bag, and wait 4 days ....

tickets was the only hope

hi !

i buy an aurilian banner few days ago and like many of us in this moment, this item was never present in my inventory ....

I make an csr ticket just after but no answer in 4 days

I'm wonder if i make it good ?

can someone tell me the detailled way for make an ticket please ? (maybe i have just make a report bug)
