I've been harvesting and looting while I've been doing the Etyyy hunting quests and now my inventory's full of uller molars, bantha horns, bantha fur, etc. Can crafters use this or is it only good for selling to NPC buyers?

Just sell them. If it was something needed for a quest, it wouldn't show in inventory.

They are meant for credit reward. but since it would not make sence for creatures to be carrying credits, you get peice of them and then sell it to the different traders in Kashyyyk for credits. They also make some interesting decorations.

Sell them to employees of the Wookiee Trading Company. Be sure to have your sound on, they actually talk to you.
