What is the easiest way to get your level up. I am only at 19 and I have Master Marksman and Master Brawler, and almost Novice Rifleman.

well to be level 80 which is the highest u need2 elite combat professions ie. smuggler and rifles or bounty hunter and pistoleer

Is "get more skills" too obvious of an answer? 
Basically, your CL is just calculated from on the combat skills you have learned (specifically the amount of xp you spent getting the skill box). A higher level skill box (like rifleman) adds more to your CL than a lower level skill (like brawler). So you'd get more CL if you spend points on mastering a couple elite profs than a bunch of low-level boxes in multiple profs.
You get more combat skills by getting more combat xp, you get more xp by killing things. You get the best xp by killing things at your level (and maybe one or two CL above, if you can handle them).
If you want a lot of xp fast, the easiest way is to group with a level 80 character and go do level 80 missions. You may not be doing a lot of damage (since you're still only certified for CL 19 rifles and have only Marksman specials) so you may have to depend on your partner for most of the damage.But as long as you do some damage to the creature, you get the level 80 amount of xp.
