It'll stick around for a minimum of 3 months, I believe, and probably for a good deal longer. Had a buddy leave 7 months ago and his stuff is still around.

As far as I know, Sony has never deleted an inactive character, ever, on any of their games. They tried to delete level 1 characters in EQ that hadn't been played in 6 months or so a few years ago, but there was a huge stink over it.

What in HELL are you talking about? Even if some "critical crash" had wiped out all the characters, their backups would have restored the characters in no time. There were NEVER "thousands of class action lawsuits" over it. Do you even know what a class action lawsuit IS?

I left in June, came back on Thursday. Undeeded my house and my harvesters before I quit. My character and my items were still around.

Thank you, I was about to post the same thing lol.
I still have my character from the 6th month of EQ's release, so you might want to actually post things that are true WizKid.

When you open up saying "I remember when", that's implying you have first hand knowledge and was there when it happened.
