Hi, I am fairly new to this game and am unsure about all the different types of sockets, i believe there is sockets for houses and skill tapes etc, how can you get more sockets for houses, basically i need help understanding the whole socket thing. Please help

to my knowledge, armor and clothes have sockets. You can put armor attachments into armor, and clothing attachments into clothes. For example, if an armor helm has 2 sockets, you could put 2 armor attachments (AA) into it.

As for houses, I do not believe they have sockets...

well i have reached my limit for houses and only have two, or is that the limit for everyone, also do you need sockets for harvesters and such like.

so you have 2 houses and I think you said harvesters? Any building that you place takes up lots, havesters/houses/factories etc.

Yes, you get 10 lots... but please be aware that different structures use up different number of lots (ie.a medium house uses more lots than a factory, etc)
