Is there a command to clear the Q? So on my /heal self macro I can add a string to clear the Q?

I know ctrl-backspace clears it but is there a /COMMAND that does it?

/ui action clearCombatQueue;

::Edit:: Uh oops, edited that bit out. Didn't see you already knew ctrl + backspace
