Thread: Best Counter Measures?

Before I go spending a lot of money buying each one i would like to try getting feedback from others experience. What counter measures have worked best for you and have you found that there are any "tricks" to using them? I can use up to level 7 equipment, working on 8 now.

microchaffs have or nearly have 100% sucess rates, depending on the shipwright who makes them
