hi all ive done all 9 required quests for obi wan to spawnand yes i have done them for sure and ive been waiting ages and nothin and i cant seem to get the holocron to do "inspect" either only "examine" any help wud be appreciated thnx

You must have missed something, once I completed the last of my quests he spawned within 5 minutes, not even. I talked to the npc inside, got my prize, he was waiting for me by the time I ran back outside. A whopping20 seconds.
