Thread: Fragments of the past problem

I'm on part 2 of this quest where you have to find the 4 crystal fragments, I have all of the WP's from Songouki's kick ass guide, but I can't find the crystals. I got all of the messages saying "Splinters Awake", but the WP's to the actual crystals don't work. Has anyone done this and documented where the crystals are?

Yeah in part II I'm getting the second message, but I can't find this Xos guy.

I just got the first and the fourth crystals, but i can't find Xos or the Magma Horn

They are on about 10 - 20 minute timers it seems like. Not a good one to do if it's severely camped there.

Just found Xos!


When you get the second message at the wp in the guide...STOP...turn to the right and walk up the hill. Keep going and you'll see a lone red dot.

OK, well I guess these mobs are on timers. I hung around at the 3rd WP for the Magma Horn and he appeared after about 10 min....I killed him and got the crystal. Guess I'll go wait around for Xos

wow, Xos must be on a long timer, i got here and 2 guys were killing him.....that was about 20-25 min ago and he hasn't respawned.

it's been an hour now and he hasn't respawned. Does anyone know if there's something I have to do to make him respawn?

Respawn on most these guys are 2hours now it seems... let us know please if he shows...


also walk around a little... seems to spawn around the wps...

Respawn is 15 minutes, but not always in the same spot. Can be up to 200 meters away.
