In case you are having problems killing the dark jedi for the 2nd time do this:

When he sends all of his minions after you, kill all of them except one. That one shouldnt do that much damage, just take your time to heal yourself, and when you are back at a nice amount of health, just regen (force regen takes long, might need totake a holocron if neccesary) afterbeing healed, just kill his last minion, andthen kill the dark jedithe way you didbefore he ran away from you
