Buy a restore kit (formally known as the barc restore kit)
If you didnt Pre-Order you dont have skiff or flea which can trqavel over lava but no other vehicle can (well lava skiff reward) or has anyone found a vehicle that can ?

You still get the flea, it was only the skiff that was pre-order.
But, buy a case of swoops and follow the paths. (you can cross the narrow lava streams and only takesome health damage, your bike will be fine)
You might take a little longer to get where you're going, but it's much cheaper than buying a load of repair kits....the place is covered in disabled skiffs.
is there any way to repair a disabled skiff? if not im with all the sorry people that didnt preorder

did they make it so you can also take it to a parking garage and restore it there?

It takes asteroid resources to make, so it won't be cheap.
