Where is part 2? I'd heard several places that we would be told details of the Combat Revamp. Did they decide to renege at the last minute?


Or maybe this is the 2nd part?

ThunderHeart said a few days back, I can't remember where, that they would still give information on the Combat Revamp, it's just going to take a little longer because they need permission and some other stuff.
