Ther is awomen(-5049 -6585)in Wayfar that tells you to speak with Jowir Ar'Lensa(-5252 -6553)on the ohter side of town, but this man only tells you "Who are you? I don't do business with just anyone. You need a voucher... or a buy order from Jabba him self! Good bye."
What is it this guy wants?
