It appears to me that lately many people are running about, both in game and in the forums, stressed out and twisted this way and that due to various reason each of them feel is very important to them. Each person is welcomed to their own opinions and each person's opinions are sacred in their own right. This thread though is a start of an ongoing project to help find positive outlets to release stress and relax. This should hopefully reflect in the general public(hopefully) and actually make these forums and the cumminity as a whole a little less unstable in the anger management department. Now this method I would like the community to at least try with an open mind is night time camping and stargazing. Lately it seems that people are a bit too focused on game mechanics and many of the excellent scenery art work(Especially the quality and attention put into night time skies for each planet.) go unnoticed by the community as a whole. I state this now. This might not work for everyone and usualy certain conditions have to personally be met before this can have the desired effects. Lastly this is a growing little project and all forms of POSSITIVE and HELPFUL information is welcome by one and all. New and vets alike. Devs are also encouraged to post in here as well (if they ever even read this.) Ok there is a little format to this and hopefully we can get this rolling along properly and in a kind, humanitarian like fashion.
Ok here's a simple and commonly used format I would like to be used to help make information easier to convey.
*required fields.
*Planet: Planet in which you are reporting your stargazing summary about.
Coordinates: Not required. Post your chords here. If you want to keep your secret spot secret. Then power to you.
Nightcycle: Post which phase of the night cycle you preferred the most.
*Reason: Post why this planet's stargazing is important to you.
Misc: From anecdotes to personal experience, memories. Whatever you want that is relavent to the story/topic at hand.
Keep it positive and NO FLAMING! This is meant to keep things up and positive.
Everyone is allowed their own personal opinions. This cannot be stressed enough. You may not like it but it's no one's place to force their opinions down the throats of others no matter how much they think they are right.
Many do not take time to enjoy simple pleasures in the games we play now a days like this. I have found(by accident mind you.) that this was an fantastic way to release stress and really get in the mood to play. It can help turn your gaming day around a lot by just enjoying the simple things the developers have put into this game. Devs themselves are MORE THAN WELCOME to post their own summaries and experiences as well. Sharing with others in a positive light will help build the community into a more positive stance than the currently shifting negative atmosphere from those that are having a hard time venting in a more positive light. No one is innocent ofcontributing to the negativity but hopefully everyone will try to do their parts to help contribute a positive note as well to this.
Now lets get this show on the road!

Tips: I put together some tips to help get the most out of the stargazing experience. I have found these to Personally help myselfreally get into it more.
1. Keep an open mind! You will find stargazing a bit difficult to appreciate if you are not open to the thought and idea of the activity.
2.There is no such thing as a waste of time that you get either,
a)personal satisfaction.
or
b)learned something of yourself/others.
3. Try and not make a schedule of doing this. This can be done any time really when it's convenient for you. You can stargaze
any time it is night out. Have a bit of time to let your HAM regen and it'snight time? Stargaze to kill some time and just enjoy
yourself.
4. Turn out the lights. I have found ithelps to turn out the lights in the roomI play my games to help immerse myself a bit more
into the whole thing.
5. Try and remove yourself from outside distractions. Immersion is hampered when you have distractions pulling you away from
stargazing and theeffect of stress release can be lost fromsuch distractions.
6.Keep away from civilizationif possible. I know on core worlds that it is difficult to escape thecities and such.If you can, you
can get more from the experience but getting that "In the middle of nowhere feeling."
7. Use a campfire. Sometimes aSMALL camp is just therightumph need to getthat perfect experience going.
8. Bring a small group of friends. Having friends share the experience with you and trading stories around the campfire can
surprisingly be VERY entertaining and a great way to releave stress for everyone involved. Many times they can turn into
some of the games most entertaining moments.
9. Try andpick star gazing spotsAWAY from aggro spawns asbest as you can. It can get hard to enjoy yourself when you are
getting eaten by some mean mob that just wont leave you alone. Can create the oppositeeffect than what is originally intended
through this.
Hope this helps. Moretips will come in the future as I hopefully get more feedback from others in the future.
Sorry for the text layout. Forums went psycho on me.

Guess I'll kick this off then.
Planet: Dathomir.
Coordinates.: No freakin clue.
Nightcycle: Just before "Midnight"
Reason:My stargazing discovering planet. I found that Dathomirwas real pretty at night and found myself lost in the night sky watching the night go by. The atmosphere like the clouds flowing through the moonlight made it earily enchanting. It was just a small reason why this planet seems to close to the force.
misc.: I found this little activity out about a year ago when I was lost in my first trip to dathomir as a newbie CH. I got lost at night after a lot of fighting I bumped into another CH while I had a camp up to heal myself and my trusty pets. We chatted and while he was making some stims for me I happened to do something I had never done before at night. I looked up and was lost in the beauty tha was the night. A few remarks later and then the CH too had joined me. We both chatted a little and both remarked on how we were so wrapped up in other activities, had never noticed how much good work had gone into this and how great the night looked. Was a fantastic experience and I found myself in a MUCH better mood for the whole day and night.
I welcome others to post as well. I would also like TH or Tiggs to give the graphic designers, and artists a big wookie hug. I feel they really don't get all the attention they rightfully deserve. I salute those men and women who made the night sky so darned interseting for me. /salute

Wow, never seen a sadder state in a game when people log on to gock at the sky to relieve stress. Lack of things to do?
Go outside and star gaze it's cheaper.

Planet: Tattoine
Coordinates: Anywhere with nice rock formations.
Nightcycle: Sunset or Sunrise.
Reason: Crank up the graphics and turn on volumetric shadows. Speed along the hot sand, or have a seat at the base of a giant rock formation and watch the sun rise and the shadows twist. Beautiful.
-------------------
Planet: Naboo
Coordinates: Just south of Deja Peak, on the high mountain top
Nightcycle: Dark night
Reason: Again, full graphics and just enjoy the scenery. Naboo is very mystical at night if you pause long enough to enjoy it. Its amazing how far you can actually see with everything set to full. Get that nice Naboo music running in the backgroud to and Im all ready for a bit of RP
