Im pretty new and im trying to figure out how i can weara full suit of composite. I tried one on the other day and found that i could only wear the pants, gloves, and bracers until i was over burdened. I know that i can get buffed to help this, but i should probably migrate my stats as well. How should i do this?

if you get buffed and are on mind food or drinks such as brandy and ahrisa you don't need to migrate your stats.

Are you sure? Both my willpower and focus are only in the 300's or so.

Just a tip... if you're the type to always fight with buffs (in a lot of respects it's almost impossible to fight without them nowadays, or not very.. worth it) - migrate all of your health and action stats down to 400, and max your mind and focus out, and put everything left over into willpower.
This only applies to humans... but you'll get the most out of your stats while you're buffed.
