Thread: Creatures changing level?

I just logged on for the first time since CU. I am level 6 and got a mission to hunt chubas, who were also level 6. I killed one, with a little trouble, and got 1,000 unarmed xp. This is way better then what i got for even coned creatures before so I was way happy. But then Isee another chuba and it was level 1, and no it wasnt a baby. Same hp and just as hard to take down but it says level 1 and I only got 100 xp. All the chubas that spawned from the lair were the same. So i quit and go get another level 6 chubamission. Same story, all level 1. So I got a level 6 gnort mission and they were all level 1 with only 100xp. I decided to change planets, went to tatooine. Got a level 6 mission to get there and find them all level 1 with same hp and power as a 6.
Is this a bug or a feature =(

This must be a major bug. I keep taking level 6 missions but when i get there the mobs are level 1. But they have the hp and attack power of a level 6. I dont think that I am the only one who has this problem.
