Yes, we had no goddam idea how to do it until we were dead.
I guess it must be the power cells.
Myself and another jedi have killed him 6 times.
Each time he drops A cyber arm (has electricity special move), the grievous fight ship deed and a rifle with +15 rifle accuracy.
Even if you die, the doctor will still give you the quest reqard (another cyborg arm with +20 thrown accuracy).

He always drop the arm and the deed, the weapons you loot differ most of the time and bane's heart is his most rare drop.

How did you do it? Please be specific if you can.

Did you destroy the two power cells first?(I think there is only two)
No, we didn't. I wish someone had told us. He he.
I grouped with livy when we killed him. Basically, just avoid incap and keep him armor broken. Have one guy stand back occasionally and channel force and transfer to the guy tanking them. Exchange spots when necessary.

We did with a group of 2 quite a few times,
keep him armour broken, and use force aura and infusion on a retimer macro if you have them..
force aura is biggest help
