Can anyone direct me to the official upgraded documentation for the combat bar? If there isn't any official documentation, then a link to a forum guide would be the next best thing.

I have been trying to learn how to do combat for the last week. I hit things; I kill them; they die. However, I really have no clue what I am doing or what the icons mean when they are flashing, when they are light, when they are dark, have a windshield wiper going across or a yellow or red outline.

I know there is a warmup and cooldown of some functions, but I don't know which ones and I don't know what parts of the icons represent this. If there is a warmup or cooldown are they aborted if I attack or am attacked?

I just don't understand what is going on and have seen no explanations anywhere. I can't figure this out by trial and error because nothing seems to happen the same way consistently.
