Thread: Finished Mort's missions... no armor?

I finished mort's missions. Talked to the dude, killed the guy, talked to mort, leia, killed morkov, and talked to leia then mort again, and all i got was an X-Wing Hologram from leia. Anyone else get shafted on the armor? I'd rather have that than this dinky little X-Wing hologram.

check your quest log. I think,not sure, you have to talk to mort 1 last time.
But check to see if your log is compleated. If it is call CS.

not sure what happened. You should /bug it and get a CSR involved.
After you kill Morkov and talk to leia again, in your mission journal it should say
"Mission: deliver good news" or something similar.
At which point you should be able to talk to Mort again and he gives you his armor.
The hologram is just a mini reward.

Checked my quest journal and quest log - nothing about doing anything else. I also spoke with him 1 more time to be on the safe side, but it did nothing.
It said I created a Customer Service Ticket successfully - how do i check on its status? According to the Holocron > Customer Service > Open Tickets I don't have any.

contrl + H to open the holocron, then the tab at the top should denote any open tickets.
If it says you don't have one, Try to create a new one. The system is supposed to be designed so you only have 1 open ticket at any given time, if it does not let you create a new one, then it's bugged.
You can also try the customer service forum here since it is hard to get a CSR due to all the respec tickets right now.

did not got the imp one either.
he says he's giving it to me, but nothing in my inv. sended a ticket.

Unfortunately i had the same prob, i sent a ticket and they told me there is nothing they can do. Shame but i will cope. Tbh the response was a stock one about checking patch notes etc.

That's rediculous.... you run the missions, don't get the rewards, and they can't help? Blah

did u report back to mort aftre everything? he is the one that gives the armour only the faction affiliate gives the hologram..... once u have spoken to major reav or leia u then have to go tell mort the news.
