Yes, the reward is bugged. Please put in a customer service ticket so that when they do fix it, you will get credit for completing the quest and the devs will give you the armor. I hope the guide helps. Im sorry to see the lack of new quest guides out there and as this is the first oneI have done, I thought i would write a guide to it. Thank you and good luck.

This happened to me yesterday, and the CSRs haven't been able to do anything about it. They've forwarded the info over to Development, but otherwise they're unwilling to be of any use on the issue. They say they cannot verify whether or not we received the reward, therefore they're unwilling to recompensate us for it.

If you read the forum, you would have seen my apology for duplicate posts. It was operator error with the submit button. I hit enter to "return" for a new line in text and it submitted for some reason. Did it several times.
