Not finding these anywhere in the Rodian Hunting Grounds, and it's getting late as I'm losing patience. Wanna throw me a bone? 
Update: I found these in that top river on the east side of the map. It flows way off to the northeast. You can find every type of uller here.

All the creatures in Etyyy spawn in their own "areas"....the ullers all spawn along the river in the east, the wallugas in the deserty area in the south , the webweavers in the misty valley area in the southeast, and the moufs in the northwest in some hilly area. The chiss poachers are along the west end, and the gate camp of course in the northeast, with hracca in the middle
