Thread: Ending a quest?

I got started the quest to get the y8 mining ship but have decided that i didnt wanna do it. I tried to do another quest but it says i already have an active space mission. How do i get rid of the space mission and cancel it so that i may do another?

Sometimes you can return to the quest giver and tell them you are busy at the moment and the quest will get dropped.

ya heh i tried that to no avail. He didnt give me any option to drop the quest. i hit converse and all he said without an interactive dialog was "Don't you have some mining to do?"

I just went to deric and told the guy there I do not know how to fly. That worked well.

space missions are usually kept in your datapad so you should be able to cancel from there
