Is it possible to remove money from your house's maintenance pool? I am upgrading to a larger house and have a large amount of credits in the maintenance pool of my current home. I'd like to be able to remove most of that money prior to re-deeding. If you can't remove the credits, do they remain in the maintenance pool when the house is rebuilt? Thanks!

Can't remove them, though they should stay there through the redeeding process and should be there when you put the hosue down. I've moved my hosue twice, lost the maintanace (8k, small house) once.

Well, the stinks. I think I've got about 100 days of maintenance left in my medium house. Since I'm upgrading to a large house, that credits in the medium house will essentially be wasted. People aren't going to pay much more for a medium house on the off chance that it MIGHT have maintenance left.

By the way, the reason the first house has so much in maintenance is that I don't want my house to vanish or deteriorate if something should prevent me from playing for an extended period (illness, computer problem, power outage, etc.). Anyway, I wish the DEVs would change this. I mean, it is OUR house and OUR money, why can't we remove it?

The coding is already there.. for PA Halls.

I guess the devs didnt want every player to have a stand-alone bank at the house, though I couldn't fathom why.
