Thread: GUIDE to BUGGED Nym's Quest as of 09.28.04
You don't have to talk to Nym, Jenkin or Kole to start this Quest. You can go to the wp given below, get the quest items and give OR talk to quest giver. BUGGED
Jenkin's Quest seems to be working fine but when it comes to Kole's Quest, he will acknowledge your effort from killing all the mobs at the Gas Mine even if you haven't killed or went to the cave yet. This is where the people on my server got stucked. BUGGED
I discovered the solution to the quest myself by going through the forum. A lot of people would post stupid things like "this topic has been posted already" or "use the search forum." HOW ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT USE THE FORUM? I say you either shut up or post something helpful. A player was waiting there at Nym's for more than an hour since a CSR told him they would help him. I told him to check the forum. He said "how do I go there."

* search for The Hacker near the end of the cave - he will ask you questions...guess the answer to your hearts content
* get the droid part quest item
* go back to Jenkins OR go to the next mission even if you did not talked and get the mission from Kole yet. BUGGED
Kole's Quest
Gas Mine

* NO MOBS in this cave
* Gas quest item is at the end of the cave inside an Air Filtration unit
* go back to Kole OR go to the next mission even if you did not talked and get the mission from Nym yet. BUGGED
Nym's Quest
Research Lab
902 -4193
* get the computer hard drive quest item in a Computer Storage at the middle of the complex. The hard drive will not show in your inventory. It will tell you you got the item OR it won't even tell you something. Just click on it and you'll get the item magically. BUGGED
* the grenade quest item is inside a Storage Compartment in a room near the end of the complex.
* go back to Nym ( Jenkin or Kole )drop OR talk to each of them to get the Nym's Badge. BUGGED

IMPORTANT:
WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT ASK FOR A SWG CSR ( CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ) THEY WON'T HELP YOU!
This is what we got from a CSR : CSR-NicolasA: Its not a bugged, you need to file a ticket. although some people said they where told by a CSR that the Quest is indeed bugged. So contacting a CSR would lead to more confusion.
Post here if you have difficulties trying to finish the quest. I'll try to help.

When u get the computer drive and grenade cassing(sp?) you are supposed to talk to NYM

You can bypass Nym's servant missions and get the Nym Themepark badge in less than 5 minutes (not factoring in the shuttle time, etc.).
Go to the follow waypoints in the Research facility:
A Computer Storage Unit 911, -4261 (view and you will get a computer harddrive placed in your inventory)
Supply Crate 854, -4234 (view and you will get an Imperial Military-Grade Grenade Casting placed in your inventory)
Go visit Nym and drap/drop those two items on Nym. Congrats on your Nym Themepark badge.
I'm not sure how long this shortcut will still be valid, but it sure saves you some time by avoiding Nym's sservant missions.
