I have 2 SEA's i am looking to drop into a shirt. Both are clothing attachments with the following mods
+10 Carbine Speed
+4 Food Experimentation
+3 One Hand Damage
+9 Carbine Accuracy
+2 Counterattack
+2 2H Melee Evasion
Now i understand that only the highest valued mod will stick which in my case is the +10 Carbine Speed and the +9 Carbine Accuracy which is what i want. But the tricky part. Any item can only have a maximum of 6 skill mods on it. If i drop both those tapes into the shirt will that put it up to 6 in total with only 2 of them applying? I wanted to put them in a BE shirt with wound/injury treatment. Would that mean i would have of 8 skill mods on the shirt? Or after i put these multiple skill SEA into something does it just drop the extra mods and move them into oblivion? I also have a +4 2H Melee Speed Tape my eventual goal is to have a shirt with these mods
+14 Wound Treatment
+14 Injury Treatment
+10 Carbine Speed
+9 Carbine Accuracy
+4 2H Melee Speed
Is that possible?

Why wouldi lose the +9? If they were both speed, then yes i would, but one is Carbine Speed and the other Carbine Accuracy

My bad, misread the words(thats what happens when you are up all night and actually go to work the next day).
To answer your question, I am fairly sure that only the ones that stick count.

It should be based on the number of slots you have available in the shirt.

Any order will work.
Only the working mods will show up. In your case your not trying to get a secondary mod to work.
