Disclaimer: Before you read this understand that I TOTALLY agree with anyone who says archy is the easiest advance crafting skill out there, and doesn't need help. This idea is not for the archy to make more $$ but because his products impact everyone.
Many of the achyproducst are not nearly as flexible the other adv crafts. You can't even change the # of items held in a house. Since it is logical to have the # of lots control the items held in the space. Why not have an optional part in the crafting process to create some extra storage space that IS controlled by archy creating it. (that would be idea1)
Also you could increase other items to have optional parts that might make being a archy a more difficult profession in par with the other adv crafting professions.

Great Idea thats been discussed in The arch forums many times. A varition of this is lower maint costs based on sucessful experimentation. Maybee after JTL and the COmbat revamp but before the GCW revamp
