I placed my plant in my house the other day figuring i had a little while to give it some nutrients since it was brand new normal condition. Well the hurricane in florida hit my city and when I was able to log back in 2 days later it was gone (not dead mind you just disappeared). I sent in a CSR ticket and got some generic response 10 min later that "were sorry but your plant died"

I doubt this CSR actually took the time to look into the game logs and see if that were true or not, and last time I checked no item in this game just disappears. Not even factories die that quick once they are out of maintainance. So instead of getting a generic response CSR's can someone actually look to where my plant went and replace it if this is a bug? I was detained by mother nature cut me a break please.

If any players have had a plant die can you confirm that it disappears? Or does it just wilt and die, like other items that break,and then you have to destroy it.

First thing I would try is to use th Admin panel on your house to find lost items. The CSR should have least told you to try that.

A little advice, give someone else that you trust admin access to the house and ask them to check in to water/feed it just in case something like this happens. I have kept mine in my inventory since phase one because I haven't boeen playing every day and assume they are going to screw me on this if I don't feed/water it every 3 hours or something.
