Question for everyone here:
I know Act 1 and Act 3 as Rebel you can still get (from what I have read).
Can someone please direct me to where I can go and how to get these 2 badges?

You need a complete set of encrypted disks (4) for the first badge. They will be tough to get as they haven't dropped in over a year. If you get them take them to a recuiter for your 500 FP and badge.

if you can find someone with a set of disks for act one be prepared to pay dearly for them.
there is a link in the complete guide to badges for a walkthrough for the act3 badge... too lazy to find it or even to consider making a clicky.

You don't say what server you're on, but if you're on a European server don't even think about trying to collect the disks for the Act 1 badges. As they were never dropped on the European servers, and no one ever got the Act 1 badge.
