Seriously is there some way to get it to stop. I'm really tired of getting Twi-Lek faces when I am human. Also Puke Green just don't look right.

Also after seeing a Male Imperial Officer with Lip Stick, really scared me.

just go into game options on the launchpad and turn off low detail charectors

the green camo/death mask is from having the texture baking turned on/vs your pc in advanced options

I have this bug as well sometimes, faces of players and NPC or vendors get mixed up in the same room....

This is the key..

In the LAUNCHPAD options (before you hit PLAY) youll notice one of the tabs has a box for disbale texture baking. Make sure that box is NOT checked.
