I have found the starship quest skeleton in the nightspider cave and im an imperial the skeletons radial menue only says examine...theres no open option why cant i open it

Try doing a /open. Maybe that will work.

Yes which one are you looking for, theres 2 skeletons on Dathomir that can be opened. One near the Nightsider Stronghold, that starts the Jedi Star Fighter Quest.

Another in the Spider cave, in which you should use. In order to complete the Nyms starmap quest on Rori.
