Has anyone ACTUALLY TESTED and confirmed that if you use a -1 skill mod on a piece of clothing first, then it can blank out a stat from a dual or triple mod CA.
For example, a CA with:
+23 Polearm evasion
+23 Weapon Experimentation
Normaly adding this CA would give you +23 polearm evasion.
Normaly. You can add a +23, +24, +25 Polearm evasion tape to the clothing first, then apply this one and then get the weapon experimentation.
Now. the quest is if you add a negative polearm evasion tape first. Then will the weapon experimentation stick?

Attachments that ONLY have a minus skill mod will go onto clothing/armor and just disappear. They will not leave a minus skillmod.
