Hi, i heard that the cap of the Defense States is +125.
So if i got +125, how much protection do i have then ? In percent ?
And how does Thakitillo act together with this Defense?
And how does Thakitillo act together with this Defense?

The only mods with a 125 cap are melee defense, ranged defense, dodge, counterattack, and block. The rest are capped only by what you can fit into a 250 skill point template.
I'm not sure what you can hit from skill boxes with defense vs. KD. I suppose Pistoleer xx4x (+50) and Fencer x4xx (also +50) would be a good place to start, but the rest of the bonuses are spread around TKA, pikeman, swordsman, and carbineer.
Thakitillo stacks directly on top of the skill mod. If you have no defense vs. KD and eat a +80 defense vs. KD thak, you now have 80 defense vs. KD. If you have +50 (from taking pistoleer, for example), that same thak will give you +130 defense vs. KD.
Most of the defense vs. {stuff} mods seem to work like a percentage resistence. If you have +75 defense, it might just be a flat 75% chance to "shrug off" the effect. There's also the chance that different state attacks have a different "potency" (chance to stick), so there may be an "opposed check" thing going on. So +100 Defense vs. KD might work all the time against a low-level KD attack, but fail occasionally against a high-level KD attack. States like intimidate, stun, or dizzy may also adjust the chances of the KD.
In any case, the devs have stated that regardless of your defense or the (hypothetical) potency of the attack, KD always has a 5% chance to succeed (no matter how high your defense is) and a 5% chance to fail (no matter how low your defense is).
