What is the best combo to get my composite on?
Brandy works great for getting my mind high enough
But what about the Health & attack?
Or is there something to bump up all 3?
Whatever combo it needs to +400 to all me stats.

Since pools don't matter for armor, you'd only need to buff the secondaries (thus no need for Brandy).
Strength/Consitution - Won-Won (Food)
Quickness/Stamina - Kiwik Clusjo Swirl (Drink)
Focus/Willpower - Vagnerian Canape (Food)

Simplest food combo would be: Won-won (str/con) + Kiwik Swirl (quick/stam) + Canape (focus/will)
Without additives (the cheaper route), all those hit about +300 for 10m. They will need to hit 33 filling to be able to eat all three, but that's do-able.
Note to CalArsou: Kiwik is a food, not a drink, so all three of these fill up the food bar.
If that's not enough to handle the encumberance, you can get enhanced versions: Won-Won +465, Kiwik +550, Canape +645 (they take different levels of additives, so you get lower boosts with Won-won and Kiwik).
You could also try Breath of Heaven (+500ish str, quick, focus) + Mandalorian wine (+500ish con, stam, will), but may hit a couple of snags. First, Mando wine is a looted schematic, not all chefs have it (although once they do they always know it, so they're not using up limited schematic charges). Second, those are both drinks, so the chef would have to hit 50 filling, which can be a little tough.
A third option might be enhanced Garrmorl (+300 Health/Str/Con) + enhanced Accaragm (+400 Action/Quick/stam) and a Muon Gold (+Mind/Focus/Will).
A well-laid out listing of food buffs can be found here:
http://www.gamekast.com/swg/foodtables.html
The numbers are a little outdated (/noteToSelf: contact Vandessa about latest numbers) and do not include BE additives. More recent ranges are included in my food chart here:
http://home.comcast.net/~sciguyCO/swg/FoodChart.htm
Those numbers also disregard BE additives. You can get a rough estimate by averaging the min and max, and multiplying by 1.55 (if it takes a light additive), 1.85 (if it takes a medium) or 2.15 (if it takes a heavy).
Or you can use a doctor for str/con and quick/stam, and a musician, canape, or brandy for focus/willpower.

depending on your species the best thing to do is go to a image designer and get your stats migrated and put as many points as you can on mind and its sub-stats. if you are human this will leave you with 400 healt and action, but your mind (which is most vulnerable) will be about 1100, and the sub-stats of mind will be around 800-900(i forget which it is for human) then all you do is get a buff to raise your health and action and you'll be more than able to wear your comp armor. but this means that if you wanna hunt anything worthwhile you will need to get a buff. on my server buff cost around 10k which isn't too bad unless your a very new char. but this method is well worth it. for my first week playin i just ran with my generic HAM stats and it took way too long toget much xp.but thisway you can hunt a lot harder mobs to get better xp without a problem.

Ah ok, I was going off of SWGCraft's info, guess they've got that wrong.
Also is your char supposed to like this or is Firefox .10.1 messing up?

Hmm, looksa little out-of-whack (although is it a safe assumption that it's not that small?). It was generated by saving an excel spreadsheet "as web page", so it wouldn't really surprise me if non-IE browsers rendered it funky. It looks like Firefox isn't word-wrapping the table boxes. Any idea whether a change in the html can fix that for you?
