wasnt there a dev post saying theyre deleted after 6 months inactivity?
also im thinking bout quitting or at least show them my disagreement with current development of the game...
anyway-just wanna know how to make a most complete backup of my game files and if i loose my character when quitting for 3 months or so

To answer your first question, I just built a new comp (Athlon 64 3800+, GeForce 6800 GT, 1 Gig dual channel PC3200 RAM, MSI K8N Neo2 w/NFORCE3 chipset ) and simply reinstalled the game from the CD's, then copied/overwrote ALL FILES from my old StarWarsGalaxies folder into my new one (had separate hard drives.) Had no problems and nothing to risk since you can always reinstall.
